Our Story
Maple syrup has been in our family for many years. Maynard Hoff, or grandpa to most of us, has been working with maple syrup ever since he was in high school. His kids grew up helping at a nearby company, Mabel's Maple.
In 2010 we built our own sugarbush, Maple Creek Sugarbush, and now we are a family owned and run business. It is this family focus that will hopefully keep the business alive and well in the coming years.
We have around 5,350 taps, with most of them being on tubing. Most of our family has full time jobs so the tubing that we have set up allows our family to be collecting sap into storage tanks throughout the day which we can then cook in our evaporator at night.
